Please arrive 20 -30 minutes prior to appointment to take full advantage of our facilities. Appointments begin promptly at the time scheduled. If you arrive late, the appointment is shortened to allow the technician to be on time for the next session.

For manicure, pedicure and waxing appointments, please arrive 5 – 10 minutes prior to your appointment.Please leave your valuables at home. Rain Spa is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items

If you are a first time client please arrive at least 15 minutes early in order to fill out our client health form. If you are pregnant or have diabetes or any other illness please notify us when booking.

To ensure that all guests can enjoy the peaceful sanctuary of Rain Spa, we respectfully requires that all guests keep noise to a minimum; cellular phones and electronic devices are discouraged. Rain Spa is an adult facility and available to men and women 18 years of age or older. Children 12 and older may receive services provided they are accompanied by an adult who is also receiving services.

You may request a male or female therapist, however, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular therapist. All of our registered therapists (RMT) are properly trained to ensure your comfort at all times.

With the new cannabis act in effect October 17, 2018 Rain Spa is just asking clients to refrain from consuming anything that may impair your pain tolerance or judgement before any massage or medical procedure. As with the alcohol and other substances if the therapist believes you are incapable of giving proper consent it is their standard of practice that the treatment shouldn’t take place.

We provide you with a robe and slippers for your comfort prior to your treatment. Undergarments must be worn during all massage and body treatments. We provide disposable undergarments if you choose.

Reservations are required for all bookings. To secure your booking a credit card will be required. All booking are confirmed by phone and via email.

Please note: We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel any individual appointments, and 48 hours for spa packages. A credit card number is needed to hold your reservation. Please note that once an appointment is booked – a late arrival or missed appointment will be charged at 100% of the booking amount.

For safety and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on opened products.

All jewelry and accessories are all final sale. No refunds or exchanges.

Gift cards are available for purchase and make the perfect year round gift for someone special. Rain Gift Cards can also be purchased on line at www.rainspasalon.com for all occasions.

Gratuities and taxes are not included in the price of treatments.
Gratuities are recommended from 15% – 20% of the service price.
For Group Bookings of 6 or more we automatically charge a gratuity of 15% of the total services before taxes.

We gladly accept all Way Spa & Spa Finder Gift Cards and Certificates towards our Regular Priced Services and Products. Please bring a copy of your gift card/certificate in order to redeem towards your visit, as we need the physical copy and the gift card number to honour it.

However, we DO NOT accept Way Spa or Spa Finder towards any of our Specials, Spa Packages or Discounted Services.

When redeeming the Way Spa Gift Card/Certificate we will redeem it fully and if there is any remaining balance we will re-issue the balance on our Rain Gift Card for you to use towards your next visit.

All Rain Gift Cards do not expire.

Yes, we have complimentary parking available for spa guests accessed through our gated entrance on Hycrest Avenue. Spa guests are required to identify themselves at the security gate. Complimentary parking is based on availability. Additional parking is available on Hycrest Avenue and at Calvin Avenue.
