great service, went on a Sunday which was so much quieter and relaxing compared to other busier days of the week, Leena is so lovely and did a great job with my pedicure. got an impromptu shoulder and neck massage while my toes were drying by one of the masseuses which was just over the top service, will definitely be back!

I had a deep tissue massage on Christmas Eve. The spa was clean, beautiful, and the massage was wonderful and relaxing. My appointment was on time, and all of the employees were very kind and welcoming. The spa is a little small and does not have saunas or any other spa facilities (aside from a very nice shower), so this is not the place where you would go to spend a few hours unwinding. However, aside from that, the place was amazing and quality of the massage was great.

I have been a regular customer of Rain for many years now, with Maria as my stylist. My hair is super fine, which has been a challenge for other stylists but not for Maria. SHe has never failed to give me a cut that suits me and holds its shape well (I have short hair so this is especially important). Rain Salon itself is a pleasure to visit - clean, airy and bright - and the staff are unfailingly friendly and hospitable.

I attended your facility because I was given gift cards that could be used there. Atmosphere and staff were very friendly and cordial and the services provided were very well done. However, I found it very "pricey" and for that reason would not be able to return.

Beautiful day-spa in North York with excellent customer service. Excellent RMT staff most of whom have been there for years and years. You can't have a bad massage at this spa, and it is therapeutic in nature.
