We require minimum 48 hours notice to place an order. A pre-payment is required to reserve the Afternoon Tea so that we may prepare the most delicious treats for you! We are unable to offer any substitutions/alternatives at this time. No Sharing- 15% gratuity added. Way Spa cannot be used for Afternoon Tea.   Please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to ordering. If for any reason you need to cancel your Afternoon Tea experience, please provide us 24 hours advance notice and we will provide a refund in full.

We do not accept Way Spa or Spa Finder towards any of our Spa Packages or Discounted Services. Our Packages must be used in one sitting and cannot be combined with any other offers. Packages cannot be split or substituted.

We gladly accept all Way Spa & Spa Finder Gift Cards and Certificates towards our Regular Priced Services and Products. Please bring a copy of your gift card/certificate in order to redeem towards your visit, as we need the physical copy and the gift card number to honour it.

When redeeming the Way Spa Gift Card/Certificate we will redeem it fully and if there is any remaining balance we will re-issue the balance on our Rain Gift Card for you to use towards your next visit.

All Rain Gift Cards do not expire.
